Wolfpussy's Colombian Lemonade is made with panela sourced directly from a co-op of farmers in Nocaima, Colombia. La Asociacion de Agricultores de Nocaima produces panela, coffee, plantains, maracuya and other crops and is developing an eco-friendly tourism retreat in the region. We first contacted through Facebook and in 2022 I traveled to Colombia to visit their facilities in person. That visit turned into a partnership - we worked together to get ASOGROCAIMA FDA certified to export to the U.S. and ship out their first batch of panela to the U.S. for Wolfpussy's Colombian Lemonade.
